We are happy to offer all customers a refund from our webshop should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. please note our High Street stores conditions may vary. With no exceptions, all items being returned must be in there original condition, no item(s) will have been worn, all item(s) will not have been washed or ironed all item(s) will have the tags attached, all item(s) will be folded with the original packaging intact and not damaged in any way, as you would expect we examine all items before shipping to ensure your goods leave our warehouse in 100% condition, all goods will be inspected on return, Any items received in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to charge a £5 re packaging charge if the goods are returned in poor condition. If you require a refundFill in the Returns form that is supplied with your goods and return to us with the item(s), seal and secure the bag, attach the Returns shipping label provided and send back to us recorded delivery. Please note that we do not refund the delivery charge unless the full order was received faulty, we would ask that you fill in all the details we ask for which will ensure that your return is dealt with promptly. If you require an exchangeAll exchanges will be treated as a refund. please follow the procedures below. for further information on why we do this please go to FAQ's Fill in the form that is supplied with your goods and send back to us with your item(s), seal and secure the bag, attach the shipping label provided and send back to us recorded delivery. once we recieve your item(s) we will refund the item(s) to your account and send you an email confirming the amount that we are refunding usually within 3 working days assuming all the items are in there original condition. please note we have no control over how long your Bank & Building society takes to credit your account. If your request was to choose a different model, size or item(s) for whatever reason other than damaged or Faulty goods , then please place a new order through our webshop which we will ship to you via your selected shipping request. Once we receive your returned itemOnce we receive your returned item(s) we will inspect the items returned then refund the item accordingly. Please allow 3 working days after we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming the amount we are refunding to you, please allow up to 5 working days for the money to be transferred back into your account. Please note that we have no control over how long it takes for your Bank or Building society to credit your account. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.
