Where we deliver to

7camicie delivers to all of mainland UK, including Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and BFPO, throughout the EU, USA & Canada, Middle East, Australasia & the far East, We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

SHOULD YOU NOT SEE YOUR COUNTRY LISTED AND WISH TO PURCHASE GOODS WE CAN EMAIL YOU WITH A COST AND EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation; the email will have all your relevant details including a tracking number for your order, you can go to the relevant shipping partner’s website and insert your unique number for shipping status. www.royalmail.com

Shipping Addresses

In order to avoid fraudulent activity against our customers credit's card it is with regret that until further notice we are unable to ship goods to any other address other than the billing address of the Payment Method.. sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, we also resereve the right to cancel any order(s) that are placed with us whilst conducting our own security check. we may try to contact you by email or telephone using the details  provided in your account with us. 7camice will pass all information we have to the police or other sources that we discover or suspect to be fraudulant  activity. 7camicie hope to resolve this issue in the upcomming weeks. effective 15th April 2010. without prejudice.

Should you wish to have your goods shipped to a different address from your Billing address then you can do that at the shipping details section once you have placed your order.

If you have any special instructions for the goods to be left somewhere else, then we can ask our delivery partners to carry out your request. We however cannot guarantee that it will always be possible but will do our best to carry out your request.

PLEASE NOTE: orders left as instructed by you are at your own risk and we will not be liable to compensate goods that have been lost or damaged.

Custom & Import Charges

Custom & Import charges are sometimes charged to goods once they arrive in its destination country, unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are as import and customs policies vary from country to country. We would advise that before ordering you find out what these charges might be.

7camicie will however fill out any customs forms that would be required prior to shipping your goods.

Proof of Delivery

Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt, if there is no one available for a signature the delivery company will advise you to contact them for a suitable time for re-delivery or pick up of the order.

Working Days

A working day is referred to as Monday – Friday. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

Our delivery partner at the moment is ROYAL MAIL, all services that we offer are subject to Royal Mails Terms & Conditions we will endeavour to ship all goods as stated however we accept no responsibility for any industrial action or Strikes by our delivery partners. We also cannot guarantee they will always deliver as they claim and again accept no responsibility or claim that is out with our control.
