EXCHANGE POLICY

7camicie are happy to exchange items purchased from our store within a 28 day period as long as the garment(s) have not been worn, washed or ironed and all packaging & tags are still attached to the garment(s) with a valid receipt. Should you be unable to find a suitable replacement, we will issue you with a voucher which can be redeemed within a 6 month period.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued unless the item(s) are faulty.

Non faulty item(s) may be treated as an exchange

We are unable to refund any garment (s) after they have been worn, washed or ironed. Refunds will only be paid back to the credit card which the goods were paid for at the time of purchase. No cash refunds will be given unless it is stated on receipt paid by cash.

Occasionally some items may be on sale – exchanges & refunds will always be calculated at price on valid receipt. Exchanged items at sale price only.

This does not effect your statutory rights (Aug 2010)
